During a routine inspection
With this in mind we undertook a short inspection focusing on the care and treatment of patients, and the cleanliness of the surgery. We spoke with the practice manager and dental nurse on the day of our visit, and spoke with two patients by phone.
One patient told us the service was, "Exceptional", and the other told us they were, "absolutely delighted" with the service.
Patients told us they had received good treatment and care.
We looked at the cleanliness and infection control measures of the practice. We were satisfied the practice adhered to procedures which ensured good cleanliness and supported infection prevention and control.
