During a routine inspection
People who used the service told us they were happy with the care and treatment they received at the practice. One person said, "they (practice staff) are very nice, not a bad one amongst them ',' I'm very happy with my care, me and my family have been coming here years and never had any problems' and 'they (staff) are brilliant with children, no problems at all.'
The provider had an effective recruitment and selection procedure in place to ensure that staff were appropriately employed.
We found people received care and treatment in a clean environment with infection control measures in place to minimise the risk of infection. People we spoke with told us the practice was always clean and tidy.
The provider had an appropriate system in place for gathering, recording and evaluating information about the quality and safety of care the service provides. People who used the service and their representatives were asked for their views about their care and treatment.
