During a routine inspection
People that used the practice were very positive about their experiences with the dental practice. People told us that staff were polite and put them at ease. They told us they were given enough information about different treatment options and fees to make an informed decision about the treatment they received. The people we spoke with also told us that they never felt pressured into making a decision. Comments that we received about the service included:
"Just joined and I am delighted, (dentist) explains everything very well about she is going to do".
(Principal dentist) "Runs a very good ship".
"Can't fault them".
'Always run to time, notice says that if you are not called within 15 minutes of your appointment to go to reception'.
'She (dentist) describes what is happening, why, and shows you the x-rays'.
'From my perspective, I am very happy'.
"They are brilliant. I never feel rushed and they take the time to tell you what they are going to do."
"Very good, explain what is happening and the alternatives'.
"Really helpful'.
