During a routine inspection
The two patients we spoke with both had confidence in their dentist and the treatment they had received. One said, 'They take their time, I'm never rushed and if I want to, I can stop treatment to have a breather.'
Patients we spoke with told us staff were always suitably dressed in protective clothing and that the practice was always clean and tidy.
The patients we spoke with all praised the staff team at the practice. We were told staff were competent and sensitive to their individual needs. One patient said, 'I'll be here for ever the practice is so clean and the staff are very friendly and extremely professional.'
We saw monitoring and quality audits were undertaken for different equipment and procedures at specific time intervals. This included an annual audit of clinical records. We saw how identified actions were implemented including the inclusion of up to date GP names and contact numbers.
