During a routine inspection
Patients' needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual needs.
Staff were able to describe the decontamination process to us and explain the dirty to clean workflow which they adhered to within a designated decontamination room.
The design, layout and security of the premises were fit for purpose and safely met the needs of everyone receiving care and treatment including those with disabilities. Emergency evacuation procedures were in place and records showed drills were practised.
The practice had recently conducted a patient survey. The responses were positive and patients recorded that they were very happy with the care and treatment received. Examples of the comments made were 'Friendly and efficient receptionist' and 'expectations of good dental care which were fully met'.
