During a routine inspection
They told us they were treated with respect by all the staff whenever they visited the surgery and staff were always friendly and polite to them.
One person said: "The dentist always explains what my options are and I know that the options they give me will be the best for me'. Another person said: 'He (the dentist) is really easy to talk to ' he puts me at ease. I have full confidence in him'.
We found there were effective systems in place to ensure people's health was protected against the risk of acquiring infections from unclean equipment.
Staff were trained and told us they felt supported by the dentist and practice manager. One staff member said:' I can approach them both about anything and they will always do their best to help me'.
People who used the service told us that they had never had cause to make a complaint. One person said: 'This dentist provides a very, very good service. No complaints at all'.
