During a routine inspection
People told us that they were very pleased with the service provided, describing it as 'absolutely brilliant' and 'very impressive'. We were told that the dentists were patient and reassuring. People who had been anxious about visiting the dentist said that they had been given time to settle and to feel comfortable, prior to any examination or treatment.
People said they had been regularly asked about their medical histories and said that they had been given good information about their treatment choices, with options explained and discussed. All people that we spoke with who had needed an appointment at short notice had been accommodated.
Everyone we spoke with said the environment was always clean and that clinical staff wore appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves and masks.
