During a routine inspection
We received the following comments from the patients: 'I've been coming 20 years ' it's excellent. The staff are very pleasant and well organised.' "My dentist is very informative and I get plenty of advice. I'm fully aware of my treatment." 'It's always clean and tidy ' the staff always wear full protective clothing, they maintain very high standards." We also saw comments from the suggestion box placed in the waiting room ' one from a child which said, 'The dentist is very good because he talks to you.'
Patients told us they were never rushed with their appointment and their examination was conducted in private. Patients told us their treatment options were explained fully to them, so they were able to make informed decisions about what treatments were best for them and which they would prefer. Patients confirmed they received thorough examinations and were provided with dental advice.
Patients told us that they did not have to wait long for appointments and they had been able to get appointments in the past at short notice.
