During a routine inspection
People attending the surgery to have treatment spoke positively about the dental practice. Some of their comments included:
'I have been coming here for over thirty years, and the dentist here has treated all my family. I would not go anywhere else.'
'I have been coming here for a long time. Once I had found a good dentist I decided to stay with him. He always tells me about what treatments I need, and the options available. I have a medical condition and he checks with me at each visit how I am, and what medication I am taking.'
Another person said that it was their first visit, and this dentist had been recommended by a friend. She said that she had been asked to fill in her personal details and a medical check list, which she had just completed.
Another person said that he 'had nothing but praise for this practice.' He said that the dentist and the hygienist always gave clear explanations about treatments.
A fifth person said that it was her first visit. She had brought her young child with her, and said that she was in the process of completing the forms for them both. She said she had been recommended to come to this practice by a friend. She was encouraged by the friendliness of the staff, and that they were happy to treat her child as well.
