During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us that they were satisfied with the care and treatment they received at the dental practice. People told us that they discussed their treatment with the dentist and procedures were explained clearly. One person said the dentist 'Always explains what she is doing and is very good at making my young daughter feel comfortable'.

People told us that they consented to their agreed treatment and we saw signed consent forms and treatment plans to support this.

We saw that the dental surgery was clean and tidy and that appropriate procedures to clean dental instruments were carried out. People told us that the dental surgery was clean, that they were given protective clothing to wear when receiving treatment and that staff also wore protective clothing.

People described the staff as 'Helpful', 'Considerate and 'Excellent'. We heard that people knew how to make a complaint. One person told us the 'Complaints procedure is clearly displayed in the waiting area'.
