During a routine inspection
People told us that they consented to their agreed treatment and we saw signed consent forms and treatment plans to support this.
We saw that the dental surgery was clean and tidy and that appropriate procedures to clean dental instruments were carried out. People told us that the dental surgery was clean, that they were given protective clothing to wear when receiving treatment and that staff also wore protective clothing.
People described the dental practice and staff as 'Professional and friendly'. 'Excellent people skills and communication' and 'Helpful'. People told us the practice was very busy. One person said they did not think there was enough dentists.
People told us that they knew how to complain. One person said 'I have never had any sort of trouble with this dental practice."
