We looked at 7 quality statements under the safe key question: learning culture, safe systems pathways and transitions, safeguarding, safe environments, safe and effective staffing, infection prevention and control and medicines optimisation. We looked at 5 quality statements under the effective key question: assessing needs, delivering evidence-based case and treatment, how staff, teams and services together, monitoring and improving outcomes and consent to care and treatment. Following the assessment, the service rating changed from requires improvement to good for all quality statements assessed. They are no longer in breach of Regulation 12 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014: Safe Care and Treatment.
