People also told us that would know what to do if they were unhappy about anything. Also, that they felt safe at the home and that they had no worries.
People told us that they found the home to be clean and maintained to their liking. Some of their comments included, 'This place is always clean and lovely'; 'There is no smell in this home'; My room is clean and I have my own furniture in my room'.
We spoke with one of the people who used the service and she told us that although she used the smoking room frequently, she found that the lack of extractor fan made the place less relaxing for her to enjoy her smoke.
