Both people who live in the home were generally satisfied with the care they received from the service, and praised staff members for their work, though one person said not all staff were diligent in their work. The manager said that this comment would be followed up to see if there was any substance in this. There were only a small number of suggestions for improving the service ' more staff being on duty at times when only one staff member was on, and making sure there was proper equipment in place to be able to access all areas of the home.
