During an inspection looking at part of the service

We conducted a site visit at the Slaithwaite Eye Clinic's head office called the Holmfirth Eye Clinic beacuse the actions set at the last visit to the Slaithwaite Ete Clinic on the 28 November 2011 were in relation to policies and procedures.

On the day of our inspection we were not able to speak to people who use the service as there were no eye clinics running that day. We did not attempt to contact people who use the service because the compliance actions which were set at the last inspection were in relation to the absence of policies and procedures and the arrangements that were in place with regards to staff training.
