We have served two fixed penalty notices on Brenda Durrington, previously Registered Manager at Lyncroft Care Home, Wisbech whilst providing accommodation for persons who require personal care, on 6/7/2024, for failing to meet fundamental standards & failing to comply with the Care Quality Commission’s (Registration) Regulations 2009.
A fine totalling £3250 has been paid. (Breach of Reg 13 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (£2000) & breach of Regulation 18 of the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 (£1250))
