During a routine inspection
They were very satisfied with the service they had received and told us the staff had been very helpful, polite and considerate. They considered that their privacy and dignity had been respected and upheld.
They had received all of the information they needed, had been asked to provide written consent and expressed satisfaction with the care, treatment and support they had received.
Patients told us they felt comfortable in the presence of the staff and they thought the unit at the Ironstone Centre was very clean and hygienic.
We saw some patient satisfaction survey and comments included "My treatment had been spectacular," "I have been treated well and looked after well" and "Confident diagnosis and professional and understanding service."
