People who had used the service told us that they were more than satisfied with the care and support being provided. Comments included, 'Everything they have done has been excellent.' And 'I cannot fault the care.'

When we spoke to staff they told us they were safely recruited, well trained and felt confident to do their work. They said that they were well supported by the provider (who is also the registered manager) and were given up to date information and training to do their jobs effectively.

We saw that good procedures and systems were in place to protect people from the potential for risk of abuse. We also confirmed that people had confidence that their concerns were listened to and would be acted upon. We saw that good systems were in place to manage complaints and to ensure people were satisfied with the service they received.

Comments included 'Brilliant organisation' 'All the carers who support my (relative) are excellent' 'They have never missed a call and support my (relative) in the way they want to be supported, absolutely no problems with them.'

One told us 'Penny (the provider and registered manager ) is very supportive and we discuss my work regularly, I feel I can take any concerns to her.'
