During a routine inspection

During the visit people told us that they are involved in the development of their own treatment plan. They said that Compass work with other agencies when they needed to and always explained what they are doing. People also said that they are always being asked for their opinion of the service and that they felt their opinion mattered. All of the people spoken with said that staff treated them with respect and dignity at all times and they never felt like when they were being judged because of their lifestyle. Several people said that staff had supported them to find work or attend college.

Staff said that they felt supported by the manager and that they are able to access training that is pertinent to their role and allows them to retain and develop their skill base.
