During a routine inspection

During the visit people told us that they are involved in the development of their own treatment plan. They said that Compass work with other agencies when they needed to and always explained what they are doing. People also said that they are always being asked for their opinion of the service and that they felt their opinion mattered. All of the people spoken with said that staff treated them with respect and dignity at all times and they never felt like when they were being judged because of their lifestyle.

Staff spoken with said that they receive good support from manager. They said she operates an open door policy and is always approachable. Staff also said they are encouraged to particiapte in training to ensure they keep up todate and keep developing their skills.
