During a routine inspection
One person who used the service said the agency was absolutely brilliant. She said, "They listen to what I want. They encourage me to do things for myself. I am never under pressure to hurry and the staff are so encouraging". Another person said the service she received was really good and that she had never been let down by staff not turning up.
A representative described the agency as brilliant and belting. He told us that the staff did everything they were asked to do. Another representative told us that her relative was cared for as a person and not just a number. She told us that she felt better since using this agency as she knew her relative was getting the right care.
All told us that they were involved in deciding and planning their care and support and copies of their care records were kept at their homes. They told us that the manager was easily contactable, that they felt staff were trained and their behaviour respectful.
