During a routine inspection
However we spoke to the parents of four people who used the service. They all expressed satisfaction with the care provided by K.T.M. Care Ltd. One parent told us that the care and support provided to their relative was "An excellent and positive experience." We were told that the management "did not tolerate poor practice" and that management and staff had a good attitude towards care.
One person who used the service told us that they were treated with consideration and respect. They felt very much in control of their life and were actively involved in making decisions about their care and support and how the service was delivered.
The parents we spoke with all told us that they met regularly with management and staff. In these meetings they were able to represent the person using the service and ensure that the things that were important to them were taken into account in the delivery of their care and support.
