During a routine inspection

The comments of service users and relatives in the surveys were extremely complimentary about the care, the environment, the catering and the attitude of all the staff. There was an overall impression of a welcoming and homely atmosphere, with service users and relatives receiving caring and thoughtful support, often at difficult times. One relative wrote that 'X was not in a care home, but actually in a home that cared.'
