During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who used the service.

The people we spoke with were very satisfied with the service and the help received. Staff were seen to be very good at their jobs, friendly and caring. One person said: 'They are always ready to help you. I can ring up in between appointments and get help if I need'. Another person said: 'They don't judge you. They try and help in any way they can'.
