Date of assessment 13 June 2024 to 28 June 2024. The service has been rated Outstanding. The service has improved significantly from it's previous rating of Requires Improvement. People were exceptionally well supported to receive safe, effective care from staff who were kind, responsive and went above and beyond for people. Improvements had been made to ensure the service was exceptionally well-led. This included new systems for oversight and quality monitoring. Themes and trends in incidents were identified to promote learning.

People were exceptionally positive about the care and support they received. We saw numerous examples of where staff went above and beyond for people and enhanced their lives. The provider actively encouraged and supported this with the processes they had in place. People told us they felt safe when supported by the service and staff helped keep them safe and manage risks. People told us they were well cared for and were involved in their care planning. People told us their dignity and respect was upheld by staff who treated them with kindness and care. People were treated as individuals.
