During a routine inspection

We spoke with two parents of young people who used the agency. They told us that since the agency had taken over the care they had seen a great improvement in the way that their child had become more involved in their personal care. They said that they were really pleased with the progress made in a short period of time. They told us that they liked the fact that the carers were consistent and that they kept them informed of any issues and concerns. They had no complaints about the service.

We spoke with two care managers about the service and they said that the agency would endeavour to accommodate the children's and parents' needs and that they always kept them informed of any incidents or concerns.
