Assessments and care planning were comprehensive enabling an effective and responsive service to be provided. People received a consistent and flexible service.
Staff received appropriate support and training and had the skills and competence to meet people's health and social care needs.

Comments from questionnaires included: "fantastic service, honestly could not manage without it", "we have always found all care staff very respectful and capable", "It has enhanced my quality of life", "Excellent care and support to enable me to remain independent".
