During a routine inspection

'This is an excellent place'
'It is my home, and it's just like home'
People we spoke to all told us without being asked that the food was very good. One person told us it was 'Very hot and plentiful. I have a choice of what I want'.
They also told us the home was kept clean. One person said "if someone has an accident they soon come up and clean it" and another person said "they keep my room clean, as far as I can see".
People we spoke to told us the staff were kind and looked after them well. We saw people having their care needs met and saw people seeking out staff for support and re-assurance.
