During a routine inspection

Clients received confidential professional advice so that they can make informed choices. The service is provided at convenient times to allow clients to attend after school or work. Staff were friendly and welcoming and demonstrated respect for confidentiality and privacy. The facilities were clean and well maintained. People have private consultations with trained staff on contraception, and can have screening for sexually transmitted disease. A counselling service is available provided by a qualified counsellor. Information about the clinic, treatments and services provided was readily available throughout the waiting areas. Information was specifically aimed at young people under the age of 18. Staff were observed to be respectful and took time to answer questions and reassure people. People told us they had been using the service for several years and knew all the staff. They said " the staff have helped me along the way and always support you".
