During a routine inspection

We were able to speak with one person using the service, and where people did not engage in conversation with us we observed that they were engaged in positive interactions with staff and other people using the service. People were involved in activities and tasks with staff and participated in games and conversation.

The atmosphere in the home was congenial and staff members were polite and spoke with people in a warm and engaging manner. People were able to do what they wanted, when they wanted to. They said that staff members are always nice, accommodating, and polite and they are treated with respect.

People told us that were able to talk to staff members if they were not happy with something. They also advised that are helped to take their medication if they require this support.
