During a routine inspection

We spoke to people who use the service and they said the support they receive is excellent; that staff are lovely, very kind and patient, quite special people. People said the emergency on call service was invaluable and staff go out of their way to provide extra help and support. People said the way the Trust shared information with other professionals was helpful and relieved the need to repeat information, particularly where a large number of professionals are involved. People said they had the utmost confidence in leaving their child in the care of staff. They said that staff listen to them and make sure they provide support which is individual to the child or young person. They particularly found the emotional support excellent.
