During an assessment under our new approach

Treetops Residential Home is a residential care home providing personal care to people who may be living with dementia. We completed this assessment between 3 January 2024 and 12 January 2024, we visited the service on 3 January 2024, and we spoke with people about their experience of the service. We assessed 5 quality statements including Safeguarding, Involving people to manage risk, Safe and effective staffing, Independence choice and control and Equity in experience and outcomes. We assessed these quality statement as Good. This is the first assessment since the provider registered the service on 24 January 2023, an overall rating for the service has not been given as not all the quality statements have been assessed.
