During an assessment under our new approach

Date of assessment: 21 November 2024 JL Care Services provides personal care for adults, people living with dementia or people with a physical disability living in their own homes. At the time of the inspection there were 4 people receiving the regulated activity of personal care from the service. People received safe care appropriate to their needs. Risk assessments were in place. Medicines were managed safely and people received their medicines as prescribed. Infection prevention and control measures were in place. People received person-centred care which met their assessed needs. People received kind, compassionate care from staff who were suitably trained. People had consented to their care. The service was responsive to people’s changing needs. The service was well-managed with appropriate governance systems in place. Action was taken to track and learn from any incidents or identified concerns. People, relatives and staff knew the registered manager and staff well and were comfortable speaking with them.
