During a routine inspection
People were encouraged and supported by staff to lead full and active lives. This included leisure activities in the community such as going to the theatre and having meals out.
Members of staff understood the needs of the people they supported and were aware of their individual likes and dislikes.
People were also supported to express their views about the service at their regular 'Listen to me' meetings.
