During a routine inspection
They told us that they are consulted about their care and how this is carried out.
They are aware of care plans and are involved in their reviews of care.
People who use the service told us they felt well supported by the staff employed by the agency and found them very helpful.
Some people told us that they enjoyed going out with staff attending various activities that are community based.
