During a routine inspection

We spoke with people who use the agency, and they were all very positive about the service they were receiving. One person told us that the staff were 'very willing, they're never late, they're very good, very efficient' and another person described them as 'very caring' and said 'they do everything that I ask them to do'.

The people we spoke with were all happy with the service from the agency, and one person told us 'I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone'. When we checked the records of three people visited by the agency's staff, we saw that these were generally up to date. The care records included important information for staff so that they would know how to support each person and meet their individual needs.
