During a routine inspection
One relative said that their care worker was, "An absolute diamond." They explained that they themselves are "fussy" in terms of their expectations and praised Palmerstone Homecare's "wonderful service".
They explained that when their relative started using the service, the manager met with them before their relative had been discharged from hospital to discuss the care that was going to be provided. They said, 'It made me feel a bit secure and it was nice to think that they were going to be there when [my relative] came out of hospital."
Another person said, "I've nothing but the highest praise. They are marvellous. I'm so glad to get someone I can deal with properly." They said, "Palmerstone Homecare is superb as far as I'm concerned."
