During a routine inspection
'I'm very happy with them, I get on with the staff.'
People said that they are asked their opinions of the service, felt confident to raise concerns and had done so in the past.
Staff told us:
They are supported to do their work well.
Comments included:
'I am proud of working for Odyssey.'
'They provide good training and I am 100% happy with them.'
Professionals involved with the service told us:
The service works co-operatively with them and that overall they are 'doing pretty well'.
