During a routine inspection

We received feedback from people who visit the home and know the people who live there. We heard that there had been improvements to the service particularly since staffing levels had increased. This allowed more individualised care to be provided and for each person to take part in a wider range of activities.

On this occasion we did not talk to people about their experience of the service because staff told us they were non verbal.
