During a routine inspection

We used a number of different methods to help us understand the experiences of people using the service. Some of the people using the service had complex needs which meant they were not able to tell us their experiences. We observed these people and saw that they were treated with warmth and respect by staff. They were relaxed with staff and in their environment. We spoke with other people who told us they were happy living at the service.

During a routine inspection

One of the people who live at 52-60 Grosvenor Terrace said that he likes it there, likes the people he lives with and the people who work there. A person who visits the home said the people who live there receive satisfactory care. They also said that some areas of the building need to be improved, particularly on the ground floor.
