During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people using the service on the telephone following our visit to the agency premises. All the people that we spoke with told us that they thought the care and support provided by the agency staff was good and there was continuity of care as people generally had the same carers. People said that the staff were polite and courteous and did their jobs well.
