Relatives of people using the service said people had been supported and well cared for. People said they liked the home; they had been involved in reviewing and agreeing their care and that their needs had generally been met. People said the food was excellent and that the menus had recently changed. People said some activities were provided for people using the service and during the summer months organised trips had taken place.

Staff had been described as patient and helpful. Generally people were happy with staffing levels at the home.
