During a routine inspection

People told us that they felt safe and well looked after at the Briary. They said that they were treated with dignity and respect and that their care and welfare was supported. They said that they sometimes had to wait for assistance but that staff explained if they were delayed. People told us that their health needs were met and that the food was good.
