During a routine inspection
People told us that they were happy with the service they received and that the staff were supportive. Some comments included; "I like xxx, I talk to her about everything', 'They help me have a bath and wash my hair', 'I like all the staff', 'Everyone is friendly and helpful' and 'I work with staff'.
People told us they received their medicines as prescribed. They said, 'The ladies come and give me my tablets and they come on time.'
