During a routine inspection

People told us they were mostly happy with the support they received. Where people had concerns these were because there had been a reduction in their hours rather than concerns about the agency. People said they had been involved in the new care plans which were being introduced and talked to staff about the way they wished to be supported. People said staff were 'all right', 'staff are very good' and 'staff understand my moods'. Not all people were able to express their views. We observed staff enabling them to make choices and decisions about their day to day lives. Staff treated them sensitively and patiently.

People told us they were supported with their personal care and medication. They said staff also cooked for them and helped them to go out and about.

People told us they could call the office or talk to staff if they had concerns. One person told us they had 'no problems' and another said they were fine.

Several people said they would like to know which staff were supporting them each day. They knew what time staff would be coming. One person said they had different staff. Another person said they preferred to be supported by female staff and this was respected.
