People spoken with said they were satisfied with the service provided.

People told us they were satisfied with the service they recieved.

One person told us of an incident where a staff member had not respected their privacy and dignity, the acting manager said she would address this and ensure it never happened again.

We spoke with two other people who told us that staff did respect their privacy and dignity and enabled them to maintain as much independence as they could.

People told us that they could choose how to spend their day and that there were a range of activities on offer.
