During a routine inspection
People had been involved in developing their assessments and care plans and the care and support they received had been provided according to their personal preferences.
People using the service said that they liked the staff that provided their support. They described staff as having a hard job to do, but always being pleasant. Two relatives of people receiving support said that they didn't have any concerns about the way the service was provided.
