During a routine inspection

People using the service said that the staff preserved their dignity and privacy and treated them with respect. They also told us that they were receiving appropriate care and support. Comments we received included:

'I have no problems with the service I receive, it is very good.'

'I am very satisfied with the staff, they never miss a call and always stay for the length of time they should.'

'My dignity and privacy is respected, the staff are very good that way.'

'The staff are very friendly and very nice. It is a good service and I have no complaints.'

'Staff come quickly when I press my pendant alarm, I've had quite a few falls.'

'The staff are very nice and they help you if you need it. If I need to press my buzzer (alarm) they come quickly.'

'We get an opportunity to fill in a questionnaire about the service we receive.'
