During an inspection looking at part of the service
People we spoke with said that there was significant improvement in how care workers supported them with their care needs. They told us that care workers were aware of what was required and received good support from senior staff. 'Care workers have information about my needs and there is a care plan in place to guide them'.
We were also informed that the office staff now listened and took appropriate action when contacted about a concern or complaint. 'The staff in the office were very helpful and will try to sort out your query as quickly as possible'.
