During a routine inspection
We spoke with one person who had received treatment that day, the manager, a nurse and the receptionist. Following our visit, we spoke with two people by telephone who had used the service. One person told us 'I was absolutely satisfied; I was very comfortable about it all.'
We found that people were given sufficient information to allow them to make decisions regarding their care and treatment and were treated with dignity and respect. One person told us, 'I have no complaints at all, the staff were excellent and very friendly."
Records we looked at contained the correct information to allow care to be provided appropriately and safely. Staff records we looked at were fit for purpose and complete. We found that all records were stored safety and securely.
We found that there were suitable systems in place for audit and incident reporting. We saw that audits had been carried out regularly and actions were taken in response to findings.
